Cancellation, Return & Exchange and Refund Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by sending an email to our customer care team at care@houseofdesigners.in or informing our team on mobile/WhatsApp no +918826486949.
  • No order can be cancelled, if it is shipped from our warehouse. It is only eligible for Return or Exchange, if applicable.
  • Any order with Made to Order / Made on Order / Made to Measure / Customized Order products cannot be cancelled once it is further placed with the designers by our team.

 

REFUND POLICY

  • We do not offer price refunds. We only issue store credit in case of any product return, if applicable. Store credit is valid for 30 days and should be availed within 30 days from the date of issue.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

  • We have a 7 Days Return and Exchange Policy on the applicable products.
  • House of Designers acknowledges the return of products only limited to direct sale between House of Designers and consumer. This only entails online sale through our website directly, and not through any retail or physical outlets or vendor/manufacturer/designer or any third party. We reserve the right to decide if any order or product is returnable, exchangeable or refundable. The returns will be done only for the products for which the invoice is issued by House of Designers.
  • All Made to Order / Made on Order / Made to Measure / Customized Order products are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF DOMESTIC (WITHIN INDIA) ORDERS

Following terms and conditions prevail for return and exchange of domestic orders:-

  • In case you want to return or exchange the product you have to notify us by email within 48 hours of delivery of the delivery of your order, with the reason for return or exchange. If we are not notified within 48 hours of delivery, we may not be able to accept return or exchange.
  • We will accept return or exchange only when products are in unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged conditions. If we suspect that the products are in used, worn, washed or damaged condition, we will not be able to accept return or exchange on such products.
  • We will accept return or exchange only if they are returned in their original packaging, with their original tags intact.
  • You may have to provide the original invoice issued by House of Designers at the time of return or exchange.
  • If items are sent to us for return or exchange without informing us beforehand, the items will be returned to the sender without acknowledging.
  • All Made to Order or Custom Order or Made to Measure products are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • In case of return, if any, it may take 4-5 working days to issue a store credit.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE INDIA) ORDERS

Following terms and conditions prevail for return and exchange of international orders:

  • We do not accept returns on international orders. We provide a replacement or exchange, only if it is applicable.
  • In case you want to replace or exchange the product you have to notify us by email within 48 hours of delivery of the delivery of your order, with the reason for replace or exchange. If we are not notified within 48 hours of delivery, we may not be able to accept your request for replacement or exchange.
  • We will accept exchange only when products are in unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged conditions. If we suspect that the products are in used, worn, washed or damaged condition, we will not be able to accept return or exchange on such products.
  • We will accept replacement or exchange only if they are returned in their original packaging, with their original tags intact.
  • You may have to provide the original invoice issued by House of Designers at the time of replacement or exchange.
  • If items are sent to us for replacement or exchange without informing us beforehand, the items will be returned to the sender without acknowledging.
  • All Made to Order or Custom Order or Made to Measure products are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 
  • In case of an exchange or replacement, the shipping charges for sending the product back to our warehouse in India and sending exchanged product again to the customer will also be borne by the customer only.
  • During the exchange or replacement process, any tax/duty/charges are levied by Indian or customer country’s government will be borne customer. We will provide documents/receipts to the customer for such tax/duty/charges to carry transparent transactions and trustful relationship and ethical business practice.
